Spiral extruderWorking principle:
Rotating filtration of spiral extruder: After being flocculated by flocculants, sludge forms flocs of a certain strength. The solid-liquid mixture containing a large amount of free water enters the screw extruder through the overflow port of the vertical reactor. The sludge moves forward under the push of the spiral axis blades and is freely dehydrated due to gravity. The rotation direction of the drum is opposite to that of the screw, causing the sludge to continuously roll in the drum and the free water in the flocs to be continuously filtered out. The concentrated sludge is pushed to the middle outlet through spiral blades and enters the next dehydration process.
Spiral extruderScrew extrusion: Pre dehydrated sludge enters the screw extruder through the feeding hopper, and under the action of the conical screw shaft and variable diameter screw, the sludge is compressed by volume, causing the water in the liquid to be quickly separated through the porous filter cartridge. The solid water content gradually decreases under the continuous compression, becoming the filter cake we need. The screw extruder is discharged outside the machine under the action of screw conveying.
